Thai chicken satay

This dish is one of Thailand's most popular street side foods and absolutely loved by all. Its got the perfect blend of spices and can be prepared with pork/beef/vegetables.

Ingredients
Boneless chicken-supreme cut/thin long strips- 4 pc
Garlic-3 cloves chopped
Coriander roots- 1/2 tbsp chopped
Basil leaves-6-8 finely chopped
Kaffir lime leaves- 4-5 finely chopped
Red Thai curry paste-1 tbsp
Fish sauce-1 tbsp
Organic peanut butter-1 tbsp
Coconut milk- 2 tbsp
Olive oil-1.5 tbsp
Method
1.Marinade the chicken with all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2.Insert toothpicks/barbeque sticks inside the chicken strips.
3.In a grill pan,add olive oil and fry the chicken satay sticks gently until cooked.
4.Serve hot with peanut sauce.
