Mutton Seekh Kebabs


These succulent and juicy kebabs are healthy easy to prepare ,delicious and make for a perfect appetiser.






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients


Mutton mince- 150 gm

Fried garlic- 1 tbsp

Fried ginger- 1 tbsp

Green chili- 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

Kashmiri chili powder- 1.5 tbsp

Black salt- pinch

Brown onions (fried)- 1 tbsp

Cheese- 1 tbsp

Fried cashew- 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves-1 tsp

Mint leaves- 1/2 tbsp

Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

Ghee-1 tbsp



Directions


In a mixer/grinder add all of the above ingredients and blend it into a smooth paste . Once done, make round cylinder shape kebabs and grill it in a tandoor or pre heated oven or pan fry them. Once done, serve them hot with green chutney ,onion rings and lemon wedges .
