Fried eggs with a yogurt and dill dressing make for a delicious and flavorful breakfast or brunch. Here's a simple and a perfect recipe for you which will you really make you look forward to your breakfast.

Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients for the dressing


Yogurt- 2 tbsp

Garlic- 1 clove finely chopped

Parsley- 1/4 tsp

Dill- 1 tbsp finely chopped



Directions


1.In a bowled of the above ingredients and mix it well .



Ingredients for the eggs


Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Eggs- 2

Salt & pepper -to taste

Cheese- As per taste

Sourdough bread- 2 slices toasted

Sundried tomatoes- optional

Pesto sause- 1 teaspoon

Chili oil- as per taste



Directions


1.In a pan, add oil ,crack the eggs and cook it until they are half fried and cooked. Season it with slat and pepper.Add some cheese. Once the cheese is melted,Switch off the gas.


2.Toast the bread, grease it with butter and transfer the eggs on top of the bread. Garnish with pesto sauce, chili oil and sundried tomatoes. Serve hot.
