Fettuccini in a lemon garlic rosemary sauce with fresh mozzarella

Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are





Ingredients


Fettuccine- 100 gm

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Rosemary sprig-1

Lemon juice and zest- ½ tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp

Garlic- 4-5 cloves (chopped)

Fresh mozzarella cheese –as per taste

Cherry tomatoes-for garnishing

Truffle oil-a dash for extra flavour


Method


1.Boil and cook the pasta until aldantefor 8-9 min and strain it

2.In a sauce pan, add olive oil, butter and rosemary,garlic,lemon juice and cook for a min.Add the cherry tomatoes.Transfer the cooked pasta in this saucepan and toss it well.

3.Add salt, pepper and a dash of truffle oil.Garnish with lemon zest ,a dash of lemon juice and mozzarella cheese.Serve hot.
