Chicken & corn sandiwches

These creamy chicken and corn sandwiches are perfect for breakfast,kids parties ,school snack or a quick and easy lunch.You can have these plain, grilled or toasted and serve them with roast potatoes or a salad and your done!

Some fo the ingredients used in this recipe are




Ingredients 1.Chicken mince -150 gm 2.Corn-30gm 3.Onion-1 4.Bay leaf- 2 5.Cloves -4-5 6.Black peppercorn -6-7 7.Celery -1 tsp 8.Mayonnaise-2 tsp 9.Salt and pepper-to taste


Directions

1.In a saucepan add water and bring to a boiling point.


2.Add bay leaves ,cloves, black peppercorns, onion and chicken mince and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes on medium flame until the chicken is cooked.


3.Strain it and discard the spices and the onion . Transfer the chicken in bowl ,add mayonnaise ,corn ,celery,salt and pepper and give it a good mix.


4.On a healthy bread of your choice add some mayonnaise, add and spread the chicken and corn mixture ,lettuce and make it into little sandwiches. Cut off the edges if required.

Enjoy warm or cold .
